Leigh joined the Port of Portland team in December 2018, taking on the Maintenance Superintendent role working within operations before commencing as the Safety, Health and Environment (SH&E) Manager in July 2023.

Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge to the SH&E role, overseeing the safety and wellbeing of all port users. Leigh has 21 years of experience in operations and maintenance, including 9 years as a Project Manager at Keppel Prince Engineering, ensuring safe systems of work for all team members and contractors.
