Leigh joined the Port of Portland team in December 2018 as Maintenance Superintendent, later stepping into the role of Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) Manager in July 2023 before taking on Operations Manager in March 2025.
With 20 years of experience in operations, project supervision, and maintenance management, including nine years as a Project Manager at Keppel Prince Engineering, Leigh has a strong background in delivering operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and driving a positive safety culture, playing a key role in business expansion.
