OPERATIONS PLANNER SCHEDULER

Operations Planner Scheduler

Port of Portland is a strategic deepwater port in south-west Victoria, serving as an international gateway and key enabler for approximately 5.5 million tonnes of imports and exports each year, valued at approximately $4.5 billion.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate operational and preventative maintenance activities to minimise downtime and optimise resource utilisation.
Manage operational and maintenance systems and data, including maintenance records and compliance registers.
Prepare detailed work packs, including job scopes, resource allocation, and required safety documentation.
Review and close out job orders, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations and maintenance activities.
Promote a safety-first culture by embedding risk assessments, safe work procedures, and regulatory compliance in all scheduled work.
