Harbour Master / Marine Manager
As the Harbour Master / Marine Manager, you will play a key role leading safe and efficient marine operations, managing port security and emergency response, and delivering on the Port’s strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform legislated duties as the Harbour Master, overseeing compliance with all relevant marine, safety and environment legislation, regulations and industry best practice.
- Lead and manage marine operations including pilotage, towage, vessel scheduling, and marine asset readiness.
- Manage the marine data centre and systems for scheduling, safety, and maintenance tracking.
- Lead teams and drive operational efficiency, promoting a safety-first and inclusive culture.
- Contribute to strategic planning, including marine infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, capital works, and fleet renewal strategies.
