Port of Portland is a strategic deepwater port in south-west Victoria, serving as an international gateway and key enabler for approximately 5.5 million tonnes of imports and exports each year, valued at approximately $4.5 billion.
As the Customer Engagement & Finance Officer, you will be the first point of contact at Port of Portland. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in creating positive customer interactions, managing accounts receivable processes, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service, supporting visitors, tenants, and employees.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, tracking payments, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate permit processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support administrative functions such as event coordination, communication, and office management.
