In this role, you will lead our HR strategy and be at the forefront of developing a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will manage employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and support initiatives that enhance diversity, inclusion, and well-being at Port of Portland.

  • Lead HR strategy, policy development and manage workforce planning.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training and employee development.
  • Develop a positive, inclusive workplace culture with a focus on safety and engagement.
