"AGAINST THE ODDS"

Port of Portland is generously providing FREE on-line access to the recently launched documentary "Against the Odds" "Against the Odds" tells the story of Port of Portland from conception to today, sharing insights into the people who have been part of the port's modern history.  Using rare previously unseen 16mm film, the documentary captures the memories of port employees who have served for many years.
