To complete the online induction you will need to create an account , each employee must create a separate account.

Once you have registered, you will be sent an email with instructions to activate your account. Please check your junkmail.

If you have any problems registering, please contact the Port of Portland Office on 03 5525 0900, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

When you have completed the activation process, login to the Permit Applications Login area on the top right-hand side of this page.

Applicants should complete their induction process online, if you are unable to complete this online, inductions can be completed at the Port of Portland office Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm.
