Documentation
Current permits issued by Port of Portland are listed below:
Job Safety & Environment Analysis (JSEA) - required before starting any work at the Port
Work at Height Permit - required when working at heights
Abrasive Blasting Permit - required for any blasting for painting
Hot Work - required for any activity that could generate sparks, heat or flames
Excavation - required for any activity involving digging or trenching
Commercial Diving - required for any activity involving working underwater
Crane & Heavy Load - required for all crane lifts
Confined Spaces - required for all confined spaces entry
Fumigation Permit - required for all cargo fumigation
Bunkering Permit - required for any activity involving the transfer of fuel or oil
For further assistance in the use of the JSEA, please contact the Port office during business hours - Monday to Friday (0800 to 1700 GMT +10 AEST).
