Commercial diving within the breakwaters can only be done with prior approval from Port of Portland. Divers must apply for a permit and strictly adhere to it. A Commercial Diving Permit Application can be found on our webpage under the Permits & Forms tab.

A range of commercial diving services can be arranged through Professional Diving Services Pty. Ltd. in Portland or through diving companies based in Geelong, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Recreational diving within the breakwaters of Port of Portland is prohibited.
